13. Videos or images featuring our books must prominently display our logo and refrain from exposing account information.

16. Unauthorized resale of our products will result in permanent disassociation.

17. Redemption of a key implies acceptance of any subsequent issues; compensation will be provided solely for issues originating from our end.

18. Technical issues encountered during injection processes are the responsibility of the user and do not constitute grounds for compensation.
