- Virtual goods (e.g., in-game items, credits, tokens)

- Any non-physical product delivered electronically

3. No Refunds After Delivery

Once your digital item has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded, the sale is considered final.

By completing your purchase, you:

- Consent to immediate delivery of the digital content

- Waive your right to withdraw from the purchase once delivery has begun

4. Technical Issues

If you experience issues accessing or using your digital item, please contact us in our Discord server. We will do our best to help resolve the issue, but this does not guarantee eligibility for a refund.

ELUDE SOFTWARE is not responsible for:

- Buyer’s lack of technical knowledge

- Incompatibility with your device, system, or platform

- Accidental purchases or user error

5. Unauthorized Use & Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback after agreeing to this policy may result in:

- Termination of access to purchased digital items

- Permanent ban from future purchases

- Legal action or referral to collections

ELUDE SOFTWARE will provide evidence of purchase and policy acceptance if a payment dispute is initiated.

6. Legal Compliance

This policy does not override any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. If your local laws require refunds or a cooling-off period, those laws will apply accordingly.

ELUDE SOFTWARE may update this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted to our website. The most recent version will apply to all purchases made after its effective date.
